How far are you from reaching a healthy BMI? I'm there, as of last week!
How much more time realisticly is your target weight away? Well, I'm at my original goal, but want to lose another stone, so I reckon a month. It's hard to know what weight you want to get to when you start I think.

How much more time realisticly is your target weight away? Im 33lbs away from my target and im haoping to do it before the 3 of dec! had a bit of roadblock last time i got weighed(lost 0) but hoping ill still be able to do it! Im hoping to get to 9stone as im tinking i want to be as far down the bmi as possible so if i gain some on refeed it wont be the end of the world. However if i look to thin ive promised my family ill stop.
