Hi all.
Im a bit more of a lurker than anything, but Im going to change that.
I attempted SF back in February and was on/off it for a while.
Its not that I eat alot, far from it.
I have problems remembering to eat.
I dont really enjoy food, and only seem to do it because I have to.
(For example, I woke up today, said to myself Ill get back on SF, made the shake, and forgot about it. Had a cuppaSoup at 4pm, and might have some toast later if I remember).
A mate at work was loosing on a diet, so thought Id do the same as him. Porridge, Tuna Salad then evening meal.
I did that for about two weeks, and half of that, I didnt eat evening meals.
I went from 13.9 up to just over 14st.
So Ive decided to start SF, but this time, really stick with it.
I work on the railway, so do alot of walking, and cycle nearly everyday and have just started playing Hockey for the town again too.
Also do weights three times a week.
I just have trouble remembering to eat or getting into a routine.
(my short term memory/concentration is so bad too).
Has anyone been like this, or got any advice on helping.
many, many thanks
Tony
