Thanks for working out the syn values for the chicken satay sticks. Can I just check something with you. In your message you put:

'I didn't know how much each stick weighed so this is for 100g

4 Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy
8½ Syns per package/portion on Green
4 Syns per package/portion on Original'

Does this means its 4 syns for 100g or 4 syns for the whole package (which weighs 200g). Sorry to be a bit thick I just thought it best to double check.

i'd take that as 4 syns on ee for 100g.
pack would be 8 syns if its 200g.
