Well guys im back! Im ashamed to say I nearly blew all my hard work by going off the rails for the last 3 weeks, I honestly ate everything and anything i could get my hands on, the result being that I have now regained 10lbs.

Im fully aware that I have noone to blame but myself, so here goes again!!

Good luck everyone!!:):)

wondered where ya got too! x

welcome back hun.
ya know what to do.don't dwell on whats happened.just pull ya finger out and succeed this time.good luck x

oh dear! what happened? it's really important you work out what triggered this so it doesnt happen again!

good luck on your restart hun - be good! lol xxx

Hello!

Oh dear, sorry to hear that! Still, back on track now, right? Which is the important thing!

I agree with SarahLou though, you definitely need to try to identify what went wrong to avoid it next time!

Good luck :)

Hannah

Aw, least you are getting back on track hun! Good luck for restarting.
I had a slip up on the weekend of my first week...but i needed it to give me a kick up the bum and remember why im resorting to this extreme diet.

don`t worry forget about what has happened and look to the forward! it will take you no time at all to lose those 10 lbs......and if you ate anything and everything for two weeks a 10lb gain is nit that bad really! could have been alot worse!!! good luck

I'm with Sarahlou & Han Han- you need to figure out why you went off the rails, otherwise it'll be a waste of time, effort & money this time as well??
While its great you've decided to re-start, you really need your head to be in the right place, and be ready to do this diet 100% to the end- or you're doomed to failure before you even start. It's tough, but it works.
Yo-yo dieting is more dangerous for your body than being overweight, so for you to lose the weight AND keep it off, you need to realise your triggers, and learn to control them.

Have to agree with earlier posts. As you went so wild eating everything in sight then you really need to look at the reasons why you did this. LT s not a quick fix so you can go and put it all on in a shot again. By working out why you did it it will really help you stay focused this time. Good luck with your renewed effort.

Welcome back hun i cant really add anymore than wat the girls said. You are back and i hope you learn alot from your 2nd experience. Good Luck with the restart and definitely think bout why you went off the rails so it doesnt happen again.

Welcome back I understand it's easy done but at least your back it could have been worse. For me sometimes an urge comes over me and i want to eat everything in site. Even tonight I was struggling, all the biscuits in the cupboard kept calling me. I resisted thank god and Im trying to identify when I get this weakness. good luck with your fresh start.:)

I had the same mishap, and part of me tells me that the maintenance part has to be taken more seriously otherwise you mess up in a flash.
