:break_diet:Not had the best of SW days today, well, let's be honest, I didn't have ANY sort of a SW world day today :(

Had to go to a works seminar today held at a holiday inn and was told would only be for the morning. Well, the morning turned into 1.30 and my boss told me to order lunch there while I was waiting for him to finish a meeting. NOTHING on that menu was remotely fitting in with healthy eating so went overboard and had the white tuna mayo roll and was a greedy pig and ordered chips to go with it :(

Would have brought food had I known I was going to be there until 3.30 pm

Then I got home, cooked a home-made curry but had to use normal oil cos I needed to pop mustard seeds in it, then thought oh well, in for a penny in for a fiver.....and have just had a shedload of wine as well plus two galaxy truffles from the OH's celebration box.

D'oh D'oh and double D'oh!!!

Cannot understand why I can't just do damage limitation after a lunch like that and not have the wine as well (and choccies)

Was sat here thinking oh well, start again tomorrow but now there's that inner swine that whispers, you can't do it can you, just give the whole thing up and return to your high fat slovenly ways.

Aaaaaarrrrggggghhh - there, I feel much better now, thanks for listening

Anyone else ever sabotage themselves like this by the way?

Got the t-shirt! Most of us have! The important thing is NOT to beat yourself up about it! Just draw a line and get back on the plan, and plan the rest of your week. Life gets in the way all the time, but gradually your inner self will take over, (it's taken mine 20 odd years!) and now I may have the odd day when I go over my syns but it's just a day. It's panic! But the longer you stick to the plan, the less you go into panic mode, so the less guilt you feel the less you say s*d it! It's a reversal of the viscious circle, once your mind switches on to it it's a breeze!

I think Judimac has covered it all there Hun!!!
Sometimes you cant avoid the things life throws at us as a challenge. Just get back on track now and it will be ok.
