hi i started back last week after a few months, i joined in april and lost 2 1/2 stone, when i got weighed last week i had put it all back on i struggled for the first few days but am proud to say i have been 100% for 3 days now and have lost 3 pounds. you can do it x

oh god i hope so i have put all bak on too and more lord above, am dreading startin again but am determined to be skinny for xmas too, wishing all best keep up the good work

the hard bit is the starting again hun but once you get back into the swing of things you will be fine!
Just keep a Christmas outfit in mind!!!!!!!

Welcome skinnylala and slimmeplease, wishing you both the very best for your CD journey. The past doesn't matter at all anymore, whats important is your achievements from now onwards. I have also made my dieting mistakes - many of them, but I am determined that this will be the last major diet. Good Luck!

am a restarter too and av done ss for a month now.. my weigh in is tomorrow and i will keep u all updated.. good luck on ur restart am sure u both will do just fine.. keep gulging the water.x
