In my store cupbord I have a packet of Jacobs Oat crackers(Whole oats) They say "new" so I cant find their syn value, does anyone know please?

Aren't these free as a heathy extra b?

In the extra easy book it says you can have 2 or 4 of them (not sure why they have two choices).

They're down as "Ryvita Dark Rye/Original/Sesame"

That's all it says. Are there different types? I have a pack of Ryvita original crispbread (as it says on the packet) and I've been using it as a HEB?

crackerbread are different to the standard ryvita crispbreads. The crackerbreads are a bit like a ricecrispie cracker lol and it does have to be the wholewheat ones to be able to use them as a HEb.

They look like this

What about crispbread? The ryvitas I have look like bits of brown cardboard!

I used to love crackerbreads! They always made a good cracking noise when you bit in to them! :D

our wholemeal crackerbread is a different box to that one. Its sort of orangey and says wholemeal on the front. Ive only found them in Tesco not asda but apparantly morissons have them as well

I love the Wholemeal Crackerbreads, but I am having a terrible time trying to buy them, none of the Supermarkets in my area are selling them or they sell out as soon as they hit the shelves!!!

I've been eating the original crackerbread for the past 8 weeks and using them as a healthy extra!!! oops lol
