I find this a really quick and easy lunch and it's free on green!!
My OH adds extra cheese on the top too.
- Any type of pasta (I use Penne), as much as you want.
- 1tbsp skimmed milk
- 2 laughing cow light trianges (part of your healthy b)
- Mushrooms and onion, adjust the amount to the pasta. Any other veg you fancy can go in aswell.
- 1tsp mixed herbs
- Cook the pasta as usual.
- While pasta cooking fry off the mushrooms and onions in fry-light.
- Put the laughing cow triangles and cheese into a bowl, mix until a smooth "sauce".
- Drain pasta and return to pan on very low heat.

- Stir in sauce and herbs and heat through - the "sauce" sticks to the pasta so don't expect it to look really saucey!
