Hey I've posted thsi as a slimming world tab but got no reply so I'll try again like this lol!

Arrgh! so I get to work this morning and make my first cup of tea and then find that my sweeteners are not in my drawer!!! someone has stolen them so I've drank half of my cup of tea because I hate tea without sweeteners or sugar! I really want another cup but can't remember how many syns are in a teaspoon of sugar?!?! can anyone help?!?

this isnt the slimming world bit and nor was the last one! think you really do need that cup of tea!
