I'm an old member but I've come back as a new one, fresh start.

I had lost heaps of weight, I forget how much now but it was over 100lb.

I'm sad to say it's mostly all returned and I'm in a sorry situation indeed. :break_diet:

So, here I go again. My mind seems to have finally clicked into the place I need it be and I'm on my 7th day of Optifast VLCD.

I want my life back, I really really do.

I will do it!

Doing well, 4.8 kg off in my first week, which is 10 and a half pounds I think and I'd lost a little before that so 6.9kg gone in total. Onwards and inwards :D
 
wow.... im australian (although living in the UK)
i used to live in Brisbane (well for the last 2 years of when i was there)...
i bet its starting to warm up!!. oh how i miss the warmth!!!

Ah well I used to live in the UK and now live in Mount Tamborine, I am loving the warmth :D

We're having a bit of a dry one though, could do with some decent rain. Still, almost storm season :eek:

ohhh not good about the dry.. and i love storms.. (the photographer in me is booking flights now...)

Ahh I loved the storms until I moved up here, now the creaking of the gum trees outside my bedroom and 6 hour blocks with no electric kinda put me off a bit :eek:

I've got a fab view down to Surfers though and to watch a storm hit down there is amazing! Saw lightning strike the Q1 in the last one, fantastic light show
