hiya all!

hope your all well some of you might remember me from last year i was due to start lipotrim in january and found out i was pregnant with bubba no 4 he arrived on 29th september weighing 7lb 6oz. so i'm just deciding which diet to do now i did manage to not gain any weight whilest pregnant i actually lost weight woohoo lol though not to much just 7lb's but it took me under 14 stone so i'm happy but really dont want to gain any weight now i want to start going down again now. Anyway enough of me how are all of you doing? i've been looking and seen some great losses again well done all x x

Congrats on the new baby hun! Mad to hear you lost weight while being pregnant. r u planning on goin tfr or just do it with maintenance products?

havent really decided hun tbh just looking at whats about and when to start and stuff midwife said 3 weeks after baby i should be ok he's 11 days old today(sunday)

ah so cute! yeah well dere's loads of options pob better off staying away from tfr for a while your body needs more calories.

Happy congrats on the new arrival. Well done on keeping the weight down. Best of luck with your weight loss on lt.

Hi Kelly!

Congratulations on your little bundle of love. It's fantastic that you lost 7lbs after the birth! Brilliant!

If I was you I wouldn't consider TFR just yet. You'll need every ounce of energy in the upcoming months, so you'll need more than 450 calories to see you through the day. Healthy eating would be my choice. LT can also be quite an emotional journey, not something I would recommend after just having a baby. Also if you're breastfeeding you would not be able to go on TFR as you'll need so much more calories than it provides.

You never know, running around after 4 babies and healthy food choices may be all that you need!

Good luck in whatever you decide to do.

X

congratulations! having a baby is the most amazing thing in the world. and ur little one shares my birthday.
i wouldnt recommend started tfr just yet hun. u need a lot of energy with a newborn, maybe wait a couple of months at least, u can still eat healthily till then though.
hope u dont mind me asking but are u breast feeding?
i found that i lost all my baby weight both times within about 2months, breast feeding helps as well as being great for ur baby.
enjoy ur little bundle of joy. im so jealous!
