I read a message the other day about having to go up to 1500 if you were having a tooth out.
I may have to have a tooth out next week and I desperately don't want to go up to 1500. I feel like if I come off SS it will all go to hell and I will never get back on it again.
Has anyone ever had a tooth out and stayed on SS? Will it really be htat bad to stay on it?
I'm really happy with doing SS and scared stiff to change anything.

This is actually my 2nd attempt at cd. When I first did the diet a few years ago I had my wisdom tooth out while ss'ing. I was very ill. I wouldn't recommend ss'ing. If you don't want to go up to 1500, then perhaps you could go on a lower step - 810?
This is definitely something you need to discuss with your cdc.

Ooops I didn't know that, I had my wisdom teeth out yesterday, and was ss'ing so far I don't feel any worse than when I had the last two out, infact last time I didn't eat for a couple of days after but yesterday I had all my shakes so know I still had goodness going into me and I didn't last time
xx

I guess everyone is different. I just remember feeling very unwell, and wouldn't wish it on anyone!!! I'm glad you're feeling ok misspinkkat. HUgs x x x

Strictly speaking, you are supposed to go onto 1200 for a week before, and stay on 1200 for two weeks after. I know this is annoying, especially if you are comfortable with SSing. You can go down (probably gradually would be best), but sometimes we limited ourselves with our thinking and you know what they say "if you think you can't, you probably can't"

It's ack though isn't it. Wouldn't it be so much easier if we were all born with teeth implants, or falsies
