Hi, just wondering if anyone knows the syn values of these on a red day? really fancy sausage & egg for tea. I've checked my book, but they're not listed unfortunately.

Will do Rainy . I saw a post on here earlier, about Morrisons Eat Smart sausages being free...I might try those next time.

Make sure you pick up the eat smart diet pork sausages as they're the free ones. I had some last week and they were nice.

Did a full brekkie with them, had to miss off the black pudding though... gutted!!!

oh will have to look, i know i got the eat smart ones but dont know if they are the diet ones, oh and yak yak yak yak, black puddings!! lol x
