Cheese and Chocolate syns?

Does anyone know if you can have Tesco Healthy Living mild cheese as a HEXA and if so whether you can have 28g or 42g?

Also does anyone know how many syns one of those chocolate crispie mini bites would be (the ones you get in Tesco or Asda in the tubs?) Thanks

Yes you should be able to have the cheese as a HEA and as it's reduced fat it would be 42g.

Can't help on the chocolate front though!

PS 42g is not a lot of cheese so my tip is to use mature cheese rather than mild as it will have more flavour.

I worked out, using the syns calculator that one of those crispie bites( these were M&S) were 3 syns each. I wasn't sure if this was right as it seemed a lot for something so small!!
