Quark - suggested uses

Hi

I'm having a check of the contents of my fridge and see I've got a couple of tubs of quark that are getting close to the use-by date.

I've used it for things like stuffing chicken breasts, but wonder what sort of things you do with it. Can I make some sort of sauce with it?
