kelloggs rice krispies squares

Hi,

Took a bite out of my child's one of these earlier and as i am a complete chocoholic thought wow there nice - can't find them in my book and am re starting class next Thurs (cant go tonight as my gran is very ill in hospital)

Could someone please tell me the syn value for the totally chocolately bar its the 38 gram bar.
