Harvester

Hello

I've looked for a harvester thread, but can't find one. So...

I had a half a chicken, cooked on a rotisserie, and salad. NO dressing ( 2 chips though, but couldn't help it!)

I didn't eat the skin, but does it have any syns?

The chicken is free without the skin Hun.
I love going to Harvester on this plan!! I tend to have an EE day and have gammon steak, jacket potato, peas and fried eggs (1 syn each). For dessert, I usually feel left out, but have discovered the fruit skewers which are free..just ask for no cream or icecream to avoid temptation.
I also take my jar of Hellmans extra light mayo and have 2tbsp over my salad and jacket for another 1 syn...delicious!

i usually have the bacon and chicken stack with jacket potato it does have cheese so to be on the safe side i only eat half and count as an HEA and then there is bbq sauce which you can ask for it without xx

does the harvester still do 'syn values' for their lower fat/calorie meals?
