Well i have decided to post my results on here.

Started yesterday 27 March 2007 (again)

Start weight is 16 stone and 1 pound.

I have a wedding to go to May 26th and so i am wanting to loose 2 stone in the next 8 weeks (at least)!

A mini challenge to myself.
