Determined newbie

Hiya everyone, it's so good to find this forum. I have just taken a delivery of groceries from Asda, have ordered some Scan Bran and am ready to really ready to have a good go at this diet. I have yo-yo dieted all my life I think, but for whatever reason at the mo I feel really determined to stick at this so hopes are high.
