Would you guys recommend do different plans each day, or do u to stick to mostly one plan? For last week I been doing EE and quite like it, the 2 weeks before that i was just alternating between red and green days. I dont wanna just stick with the one plan tho if its gonna slow down my weight loss.
So whats your experiences do u find swapping and changing through the week works, or do u stick to mostly the one plan??
