I was on here a few weeks ago enquiring about the diet and am pleased to say that I started on Monday have done really well got on the scales this morning and had lost 4 pounds in 2 days so all great.
Today had my shake and glass of water then went into a meeting all morning so did not drink then walked to the shops with my boss who asked me what I wanted for lunch!! I did not know really so just had a roast chiken leg from M&S. I have also just had another shake with a glass of water to keep my vitamins up.
My question is will this have taken me out of Ketosis as I think I was getting into it today.:cry:
