EE help (tricky one) !!!!!!!!!!

Can anyone help me find the answer to the question please ...

A small portion of chicken chow mein from the chinese is 7.5 on green so on EE would it still be 7.5 or could I ask them to use no oil and cook in soy sauce - would this make it free or not ??

I presume you would have to allow for at least 3 syns as the noodles would be 'wet so to speak and not the dry noodles.
