i have started my first day of milk diet can any body tell me how they felt when they did it thanks xx

Im getting a gastric bypass in the new year not sure on dates yet xx

Hi Charley, not sure if you have posted this on the right forum. Lighter Life does include a "milk week" if people choose to do it but does not use milk at any other time.

Hope you find the info you are looking for.
