Well hello all! :wavey:

I have just read Judimacs Fitness diary and she has totally inspired me to do something along the same lines. So I will be dusting off the DVD's and my Wii and I will be reporting here every night. I am also going to take my measurements! So hopefully will start to see " loss too as well as weight loss! Wish me luck :cross: xx
 
Oh bless you darling! I must say I don't think I'll ever go back to the couch potato I was! And since I started exercising I haven't put any weight on! Not that much off but the measurements have plummeted!
 
Oops! Measurements not done... will be tonight. Last night, I had a mammoth ironing session to do so no exercise but has left tonight free... so will report back afterwards :D

Judi - I can tell a difference in your avatar photo from your old one! Looking good! xx
 
Oops taken a while to get into this, but I am finally here. Last night, I done 30 mins on MFC Cardio, weren't that chuffed on it last night but my god when I woke up this morning my arms kill!!! So will be using it to tone up my bingo wings.
Anyway, will put my 2yr old to bed and will be re-starting my 30 day challenge on EA active and also doing some boxing. Will report back later xx
 
Since I started NewU last month I've lost half an inch off my bust and another half inch off my waist! Shows that tho Pilates doesn't make you sweat you see a difference!

Yes, I have carried on with MFC - cardio as I really want to tone my arms and upper body up!

So last night, I managed 36 calories on MFC with boxing. Also 135 Calories on Day 1 of Active! God am I feeling it today body wise but I feel FANTASTIC in myself! I love being back on the wagon and feeling like this. Actually looking forward to WI too :D x
 
Well in to report last nights exercise. My OH comes home on Thursday and I never really exercise in front of him. Last night I thought s*d it... so I put on EA Active! Predicted cal burn 151 and I burnt 171! :D I am so pleased I done it. It's a rest day today, I think I need it... can barely use my arms and my calf muscles are shot too!!! So pleased that I have got back into the swing of things :)
