Hello everyone :) I need some advice... I'm going to Tenerife for a week on 2nd November and I'm determined to stick to the plan, but the thought of it is making me quite nervous! We're self-catering and there is likely to be a fair bit of drinking involved as it's a girls' holiday.. I will try and stick to vodka and diet coke.. re food, I guess I could stock up on supplies in the local supermarket... has anyone got any suggestions for eating out? I'll be almost five weeks into the plan when we leave and I really don't want to undo all the work I'll have put in...

My friend who I'm going with is a low-fat diet following vegetarian! Should be interesting, lol :D

Yes Colette, what Laura says, meats fish and salad with no dressing should do it love.

Thats what I do when eating out, generally just have steak. I am off to Crete in a couple of weeks and its all inclusive. I can't see me being able to eat any of it. I might go ask the kitchen though if they can cook something not in sauce - if I feel cheeky enough!

I'm sure they will have abuffet TT lots of steak and salad is the order of the day. :)
