Hi Everyone :hug99:
I will be starting step 3, 1000 maintenance next week and read on the Cambridge diet website that there are two parts step 3A and 3B. I do not have a CDC as I live overseas and there isn't one here. Is anybody able to enlighten me on what I should be following on step 3A and what changes in step 3B?
I appreciate all the help that I have been receiving from our members.
