Hi all, reached my BMI of 25 and am now introducing food, have looked in my book and see the weights of food allowed (I will only have tuna and cottage cheese) and looking on the side of a tuna can it says 130g when drained but am allowed 260g of tuna that would be 2 cans per day, that just seems too much. Am I reading it wrong? Have I missed something? Please help me am so confused.
