Hi all
I have put on 1 stone since coming off lipotrim in the summer, me and hubby took the summer off as we took the kids away for the 6week holidays.
I ate and drank what i wanted within that time so i am really pleased i only put on a stone.
I was dreading starting l/t again as i remember from last time my 1st week wasent very good.
So today is my 1st day, have drank a lot of water but im freezing so just had a hot bath, i no this will subside so plodding on , hubby starting again today so good luck to him xxxx
