powdered milk??

can I ask is there any syns in powdered milk ??n only in tea and does it need counted in my healthy extras??

Instant dried skimmed milk is 1½ syns for 2 level tsp all plans

By the way there's a Syn Value forum where you can post questions like this rather than on the main board. Some of them come up regularly, like mugshots, pasta and sauce etc, so it's sometimes worthwhile doing a search before you post a new thread. Hope this helps.
