I promised myself I wouldn't weigh myself, well I did and I have STS, I am doing fast start since Thursday, walking 4 miles a day, my official weigh in, is on Wed
I'm a serial weigher and I don't worry at all if my weight is up on a Monday - if I've stuck to the plan it always goes down by my Wi - which is also Wednesday.
Either hide the scales (the loft is good so I hear ) or just remember that weight goes up and down and it's Wednesday's result that counts. (disclaimer - I'm not promoting serial weighing ... before I get shot )
