green days and water

does any one find that if they are on a green day they need to drink gallons of water ?

wish i was behaved enough to limit myself to water lol... i drink gallons of diet coke!!

I drink a lot of water, and squash and diet coke, and smaller amounts of alcohol.
I am not doing green but do get quite thirsty through the day.

I drink quite a lot anyway and a ridiculous amount if I've been exercising. I guess it's just down to what your body is telling you you need
