Crikey. Hmm. I really wouldn't know. I make chilli without a packet of mix, so I've no idea what's in it.

I'd suggest you do the same.

Fry off some onions and garlic, then add a carton of passata.

Simmer down the passata a little, and add your protein (quorn, chicken, turkey, mince, whatever you want), a tin of kidney beans, some chopped coriander, a little chilli powder (you didn't want it hot, so don't add fresh chillies, as the heat can be a little random), a touch of white wine vinegar (or, preferably, the vinegar that jalapenos are packed in), whatever other vegetables you fancy, some sundried tomatoes (or sundtried tomato puree), some Worcestershire sauce, a stock cube of your choice to match your protein.

Simmer the lot very, very gently for half an hour or so. Throw in a little more freshly chopped coriander just before serving, et voila.

Yeah i would just make your own it wont have so much salt or calories. Just use lean meat

of course! will be yummy. ground turkey is also very yummy. Goodluck let me know how it turns out
