Hi Gemma, Have you tried turning it all off and starting again? youve prob already done it but thought I would suggest it as it works for most things! Lol! Also remember it may be the facebook problem, and is usually righted within a short while. Good luck!!

Thanks for your help, i have tried turning it off and on, went on my partners lap top and his FB works but not mine
