I saw a recipie for low syn cauliflower cheese and not cant find it any where, but was cooking it for the roast tonight, can anyone let me have some low or no syn cheese sauce?

Morrisons packet mix that you add boling water to is 5 syns a packet. Not bad if your sharing with 2 or 3 others.

I made one this weekend, by using a Pasta n Sauce mild cheese: - I left the pasta in too, made a lovely meal with HEA cheese on top & grilled, but you could always sieve the pasta out!

Has anyone ever actually tried sieving the pasta out of a pasta n sauce and just using the sauce?

I've thought about it but haven't attempted it yet!?! Just wondered if it was successful??
