Tesco Light Choices Sweet Chilli Chicken and Noodles

Morning everyone.

Picked up some Tesco Light Choices Chilli Chicken and Noodles from the frozen section this morning. They show as 5 syns on a green day but since im now doing extra easy, can someone please tell me how many syns it would be on the ee plan?

which ever has the lowest syns either red or green, you always take the lower value one

Okies, thanks ladies. Thought it might be lower as the noodles would be free as would the chicken. No matter though, still worth 5 syns! Thanks x
