Been to the docs about my sore skin

Yorkiegirl

is happy being Yorkiegirl
and yes I have yucky thrush in there. Nice.
On a more positive note, she actually said that a tummy tuck would be a good idea once I get to target and maintain for a certain length of time. She says I will probably get infections like this quite often given how much loose skin I will have. In Leeds they have to convince a plastic surgery panel that I really need the surgery on the NHS, but she said that given my background I should get it no problem!

Yippee!

That's excellent news! It will also be easier for you to accept the idea of surgery too if there is a medical reason for it not just a cosmetic one.

Yahoo imagine that flat tummy!:)

You'll have to buy one of those beads to commemorate the tummy tuck.

At least you will have the correct treatment to get it sorted, it is really uncomfortable when you are sore under the apron.

What fantastic news about the tummy tuck, and given your background it shouldnt be a problem........how fantastic is that, I bet that news has given you a bit more will power to get the weight off and keep it off.

Wahoooooo

I read about GPs who are anti VLCD and can't quite believe it. Surely encouraging patients to follow LL or similar from foundation all the way through to management is the best course of action. Follow it with support and you will succeed. That's my plan anyway!

ow my skin is sore :(
