morrisons SW Bargains/must haves

ok, so for the first time whilst on SW I'm going to Morrisons to do our weekly shop - what bargains are to be had? whatare the must haves? what are those free sausages I've heard people say about?

morrisons 3% eat smart diet pork sausages are the free ones, and they have bags of fruit and veg for 39p at the moment they usually have large prawns on offer

I notice their Quorn chicken pieces are half price (if you like that sort of thing)
