first day with sw is this right?? help!!

Hello all.

as the tital say it smy first day at sw and I am having a red day not got a clue if I am doing this correct.. seems I have eaten stupid amounts????

hands up struugling to grasp the eating part having only ever counted points to lose weight any way anyone have a read over this and tell me if I am correct..

breakfast was apple, bannana, strawbery with low fat nat yoghurt with a hint of cinnimonon(sp)
done an hr body condtioning class came back and had scrambled eggs mad with a little of my extra choice milk(a)with tomatoes.
then I had a small baked pot(choice b) with palin tuna flakes from a can in brine with cucumber.
my main im having steak with peppers all colours baby corn, mushroom, onion an dnew potato (choice b).

seems I have had loads.. have only drunk water and diet coke but gasping on a cuppa .. i have milk left from my choice a but want do I count 2 tsp od canderel??

any read this thank you am panicing that im pigging out here.

Hey don't worry that all seems fine and go ahead and have that cuppa, sweetener is free!
 
So long as the sweetener is less than 2 calories per teaspoonful then it is free. As for the rest of it it looks ok, but then i usually do green! Don't forgot you can have 2 HEa's.

thank you ladies really want to make ago of this. on a mission. are the healthy extras not choies from a and b??
 
Yeah your two health A choices are things like milk, cheese, butter and your B's are bread, cereal, pots, etc
 
You dont have to have 2 HeAs if you dont want to Hun, but you have got to have 1 of them a day. You also have to have 2 HeB's a day. Its all depending if you feel the need to have 2 HeA's or not. It doesnt make any difference to you if you do.

That sounds great, but don't forget to use some syns. Have some ex light mayo with your tuna for 1 syn for example.

BTW, has anyone explained extra easy to you? I don't want to confuse you, but if you're interested it would be easy to explain it to you.
 
extra easy ?? is that not the same as red/green?? im all ears the more info i get the better..

it was the group birthday party my first week so not great for asking questions..

also do you need to use syns?? will weight loss not be faster without them??

You should use some of your syns, you may find your weight loss will stall without them. Also they can be used to make your food a little more interesting with sauces etc., and they are designed to stop you feeling deprived and ultimately bingeing.

Go for it and have some syns - enjoy it!

You should aim to have at least 5 syns a day! or weight loss can be slower! If you don't want to use it on things like sweets, chocolates, crisps or alcohol then use it on things like ketchup with your steaks or sw chips or mayo with your tuna etc!

Extra easy is sooo easy!
I had never tried it until 3 weeks ago but now i do ee days everyday!! It means you can have meat and carbs together, e.g spag bol! Just have 1 HE A and 1 HE B everyday instead of two! and thats it! If something is more syns on a red than a green the you take the lower syn value and vice versa!!
Simples!!!
 
mmmmm thinking of pickled onion moster much 5 and 51/2 syns.. I can live with that.. thanks girls heres me thinking I was being good too lol x
