Can someone tell me what the syn values, if any, are of things such as cough medicines and day and night nurse tablets. I've been suffering from a stinking cold for the last week but didn't want to take anything in case it jepodised my weight loss!! haha how silly does that sound!

You need the Slimming World board for Syn value help - although if any syrups are sugar free (and most are these days) I guess there would be nothing to count
