i seriously swear i am up 2 no good !
i know the hellamans extra light is half syn but would the asda version be the same? hope so i bought some 2day. thanks;)

It's not listed online I'm afraid. What is the nutritional info and I'll compare it to the Hellman's version.

Hmm...
Well they seem to be roughly the same. The Hellman's is slightly lower in protein and fat but higher in carbs.

I ran it through the syn calculator per tbsp and it came up as:

½ Syn per package/portion on Extra Easy
½ Syn per package/portion on Green
½ Syn per package/portion on Original

thanks circles another question how do you weigh this? i have tbsp measure thingy but it say that it 15 mls is 1 tbsp . would i be right in thinkin that 4 of my 15ml measuring thingy would be about 3 syns going on the therery that 10mls =.5
30mls=1.5(2 level tbsp)
60mls=3 (4 level tbsp) thanks

It's a bit late in the day for a maths quiz :D

My jar of Hellman's says that 16g = 1 tbsp which would be the same as your measuring spoon as 16g is approx equal to 15mls. So I would just go with that. Count each level spoonful as half a syn, so 2 would be one syn and 4 would be 2 syns.
