wheat bran

Hi all,
I tasted some scan bran chocolate cake that my consultant made and I liked it! Fancied making it myself but my health food shop didn't have scan bran. I ended up buying wheat bran (Jordan's). Anyone know if I can make anything slimmingworld-ish with this? Or does anyone have any ideas about how i might use it (on top of cereal?)

I just did a search on the sw page for recipes and it brought up the scan bran ones, what is cereal like? does it look like all bran?
scan bran are biscuit type cardboard things not cereal most health food shops sell them, or you can buy them in classx

Thanks for your reply. I had some on my weetabix this morning and it was lovely...well, it just tastes like crumbled weetabix although fluffier.
There's a recipe on the packet for a sugarless fruit cake. I might make it and give away, just to use the bran up until I get some Scan Bran.
