The nutrision is:

And I am not sure. It is not a cereal, that way I gave the nutrition, if someone can calculate for me please. I found it at Tesco and is very healthy.

It is a cereal! People tend to associate that word with breakfast, but it's more about the type of food!

Can be used by itself or in baking or cooking with other ingredients - syns are still the same.
