Well i only lost 1 1/2 this week (getting a bit regular grrr) however i have now reached the 4 stone mark woooooohooooooooooo i am over the moon.
AND....
I went shopping with mum, sis and cousin yesterday. i was looking for some straight leg jeans to go with my boots. but they only had 16's. so i put them back.
Mum handed me some and said here i found some 18's. so i went and tried them on, came out and said oh they are a bit snug but well chuffed. mum started laughing.....she said ha i knew you'd get in those 16's. i nearly fell over. in 5 months i've gone from a size 22/24 to a 16, i remember my 18th birthday 11 years ago having to buy a size 18 dress for my party. thats how long it been.
i am so so so proud of myself, never in a million years did i think i would be where i am today. and i know it sounds cheesy (pardon the food pun) bit it all thanks to the support from you guys. so thank you.
I am on the final stretch now another stone then i am refeeding.
