back on shakes 2day

hi guys, thank u for all the nice birthday messages.

just had my first shake of the day, it tasted rather sickly but thats ok.

yesterday i had loads of food but really glad i did. had the most gorgous balti last night. think thats satisfied me for the next 4 weeks at least.

felt really good fitting into smaller clothes, the dress i wore last night was a 14, couldve squeezed in the 12 but thought it might cut of my breathing.

gona do extra exercise today to try and burn some of them calories off.

feel more determined than ever to stick to LP and lose the rest of the weight.

as ever im very grateful for all the support ive received from my very first post, u lot are great

Drink LOADS of water to counteract the sodium you took in yesterday and help flush the cr*p (literally! LOL!) out of your system.

hey good luck today jenny - sure you'll be fine! like irish says, plenty of water, it'll flush all sorts out and combat hunger pangs!

omg, read ur post and then grabbed for my bottle of water, i was still reading so not looking at bottle, tipped it up before it got to my mouth and spilt it all down my top, its freezing too. lol, well thats woken me up.

thanks for the water tip, gona drink like crazy 2day.

thanks clair, i am hun. just wana get this week out the way now as dout i'll be getting a loss on monday. im ok with that though as really enjoyed yesterday.

You never know, you could still lose on Monday. You have had great losses so far, and you are doing brilliantly exercise wise, so it could be possible.
