Hiya, I just joined this forum hoping to find help and make new weight loss buddys lol..

I am doing slimming world using their book (i can't afford the meetings plus there isn't one very near to me).

I have been eating low fat natural yogurt thinking it is a free food, but now I realise the book actually says 'very' low fat and that just 'low fat' stuff still has syns...

the trouble is i can't seem to find the 'very low' stuff in the shops... it's either normal natural yogurt or low fat natural yogurt... no very low stuff at all...

where can i find it?? thanks :)

Welcome!

Most supermarkets have a virtually fat free or fat free type of yoghurt.
Tesco Healthy Living is the one I get, Onken do nice ones and I buy loads of Total 0% greek yoghurt which is also free.

For flavoured yoghurts try Muller lights, Shape 'fuller for longer' or Weight Watchers, among others

Good luck

Thank you... that helps... Now I'm on track with that I might actually lose a couple of pounds this week lol...

Thanks :) xx

Avoid Marks and Spencer like the plague. I had one of their 'fat free' yogurts the other day. 3 bloomin syns it was. THREE! THREE!!! I ask you!!!!
