I'm not sure if this will be of use to anyone else but I decided I'd post it here in case it might help someone.
Everytime I get tempted to cheat, to have a little nibble or when someone tries to persuade me to (or when I smell toast) I think about how hard it was for the first few days until I got into ketosis.
And I realise that I don't want to have to put myself (or the people I angrily snapped at) through that again.
Whats the point in going through it just for the sake of one meal.
