Hi all
A restarter here. Day 4 and I'd been doing so good. Today I had some low fat cottage cheese (with onion), some chicken breast, 2 x eggs and some ham:cry: and no longer in ketosis. Any ideas what will have taken me out? I'm guessing the onion? Just waiting for that little stick to turn pink again.On the positive side, I am showing an 8lb loss already this week
