Chinese

i would just get a half portion of your fav take away and add fresh veggies on the side...as long as you dont do it often theres nothing wrong with it. Just dont make it like a huge lot. share with a family member or just simply throw it away...dont save the other half because you will end up eating it the next day. Cant stick to a diet if you cant eat your favs. And maybe cut out your night snack also if you think its very high in calories. Good enough i hope lol

Yes I'd have said chow mein too, oh yummy I love a chicken chow mein. Haven't had any for ages! Or why not make your own at home, you can even get the take away chinese in the supermarket now. At least if you cook it at home you'll know how may calories are in it, chicken chow mein is easy to make too. Just get one of those little packets of chow mein sauce, some noodles, beansprouts and chicken and you're off. Cheaper than a take away too ;)

i had chinese last week, have it as a treat once a fortnight. chicken curry, egg fried rice, soft noodles and beansprouts, between us all. its a good idea to have a treat, stops you going into plateau keep having extra few cals rather than 100% stick to routine. it does help, ive started losing again :)
