My friend got me four loaves for going and supporting her at the Woman of the Year thing on Friday, I was so happy!

er, one has vanished already - and all within syns and things! I synned toast... i've had double HEb sandwiches...

I think i'm going bread crazy!

is it a healthy extra then or just low in syns?

ooooh I would so love some white bread now. They do loads of different varietys of low fat or fat free bread here. I wonder if there is an equivalent I can use.

2 slices is a HEb or 3 syns per slice - Britmum, it's a high fibre low calorie bread, so if there's a bread there that has the fibre content of wholemeal, i'm sure you could use it!
