ss question ...am i allowed?

Hi am i allowed the drink Bulllion- Vegan stock as a drink my CDC recomended it to me the last time i done CD but i was on SS+ then can any one help?

Yep I think you will find most people on here have it instead of the cambridge veg drink which you can have on ss or ss+ but only 1 teaspoon a day. I have had it all the way through and it hasn't affected my losses. Good luck.
